There are many reasons to give up the habit of smoking/vaping. If you have decided that the time is right (now!) to become someone for whom smoking or vaping is a thing of the past then hypnotherapy can be a very powerful tool to help you achieve your goal.

The Stop Smoking/Vaping session combines Havening Technique to combat any underlying emotional reasons for keeping the smoking/vaping habit, NLP techniques to remove the “power” that visual cues or triggers hold and hypnotherapy to redirect the subconscious away from he smoking / vaping habit.

Although it may seem a nice idea to gift a Stop Smoking session to a friend or relative, remember that they themselves must be fully committed to the idea of giving up this habit!
